Taxes and/or shipping can not be refunded if you submit order(s) through the website.  If you plan on picking-up your order, please do not place it on the website.

All wall panels, door panels, flooring, overhead shelves, headboards/partitions, and hoists may require additional fees IF your order is not over $1500.00

FREIGHT DELIVERIES:  All addresses are verified for accuracy. Delivery addresses must have loading dock or forklift.

Additional fees will be requested for accessorials, please see below:

Business addresses + liftgate: $50.00

Residential/Limited access areas (includes lift gate): $100.00 OR pick-up at terminal for no additional fees.  Distance of terminal will be unknown until day of shipment

If your order is freight and it is a residential address, your order will be placed “on hold” until the additional fee is paid. An email will be sent out to you upon receipt by the web sales representative.  As an alternative, you may pick up at the freight terminal.  However, keep in mind the distance can be 100+ miles from your residence.
