Return Policy:

• All returns must be authorized by J&M Truck Bodies in advance and requires an RMA number.
• Any product may be returned by the original purchaser within 30 days of the date of receiving shipment for a refund if the item is returned in its original, unaltered condition. All PVC must be intact on all our large items.
• After a returned item is received and inspected, a credit or refund will be issued minus 25% restocking fee on all the items. Shipping fees are non-refundable, nor given store credit.
• After 30 days of receiving shipment, no store credit/exchanges/returns.
• Any products which have been modified or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return and there are no returns on any special order items.
• Any items returned without an RMA number will be forfeited to J&M.
• A copy of the invoice and a letter of explanation including name, address and phone number should be enclosed with the return.
• All returned parts are subject to a 25% restocking fee
• Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and is liable for lost shipments/shipping damage, this includes surface scratches, minor dents, etc.  Please ensure to wrap/secure the items like it was when shipped to you.
• ALL REFUNDS are issued by company check and take 10-14 days to process and send out.
• Check purchases require a 14-day lead time to process and are only eligible for store credit.
