FREIGHT DELIVERIES:  All addresses are verified by for accuracy. Delivery addresses must have loading dock or forklift.

Commercial addresses without the above items (loading dock or forklift) will be requested for additional fees before shipment is released to cover additional accessorial charges.

Residential/Limited access areas + Liftgate: $100.00

If your order is freight and it is a residential address, your order will be placed “on hold” until the additional fee is paid. An email will be sent out to you upon receipt by the web sales representative.  As an alternative, you may pick up at the freight terminal.  However, keep in mind the distance can be 100+ miles from your residence.
